I have a 8320. On the call function, it says that my phone number is a different number. I can make and receive calls from my actual cell phone number. They show up on other people's phones as my actual cell phone number. In the call function, it is a different number under My Number though. Also, I can't send and receive text messages, and I think it is because of this too. Can someone help?

Did you "port" your number from another phone? It can take a day or two for that process to complete.

Try going into Options -> Advanced -> Sim Card and change the option that says "Phone Number"

I've edited my SIM phone number at the same spot, so it would show correctly on my screen. Hope it works for you.
