Default 8320 dead on arrival, thoughts?

Please Login to Remove!

So I received my replacement phone today and it appears to be dead on arrival. When the battery goes in, the screen lights up white and stays white with no movement or anything. However, when I connect to the computer, it connects fine and is instantly recognized by BB desktop.

Any ideas on how to possibly kick start this thing into working or do I have to wait for yet another replacement?

You could try the steps here: How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

Then reload the latest Handheld OS
