Default Problems with setting up applications.

I need a bit of help trying to set up applications.

In the BB members lounge, there is a copy of Sudoko at no charge for members. I've entered the promotion code, but it does not get recognised on my BB browser, so I can't download it.

I can get to the game correctly on my PC - and have downloaded a zip file. How can I get it off my PC and onto my BB? The Application loader does not seem to recognise either the zip file or the unzipped files.

..and yes, I've looked through most of the FAQ but can't find a solution.

You must unzip (or deccompress) the zip file, first. Then remember where the alx (which will be contained in the zip file) is located on your PC.
But, it sound like you have done that.

Are you now getting this error (you didn't say)?
