Please Login to Remove!

It started last night that I cant receive calls or text messages. I can make calls and send messages but everytime someone calls me it goes straight to my voicemail and the texts dont come through at all. Ive taken the batter out a few times already and put it back in but no change...any ideas?

And while you are on hold waiting for them, pull the battery, remove the SIM, replace it and see what happens. SIM could be loose.

try your SIM with a different phone, if it works there then it's your BB - if it doesn't then it's your SIM; or try the opposite by using a known-working SIM on your BB, if it doesn't work then it's your BB; well i hope it's not your BB!

How about that! No kind of error message? SIM wasn't loose, but bad? I'll say it again: Hang around here and you learn stuff.

P.S. Thanks for the update.
