Question My Curve stopped vibrating...

Please Login to Remove!

My phone doesn't vibrate when I change my profile setting to vibrate. The TMo store clerks said I have to manually change everything to vibrate each time I want vibrate but I never had to do this before. Anyone have any idea what might be wrong all of a sudden. Thanks!

Default First of all...

When talking to those clerks, actually find one that has one of yours on his/her belt. Ask them how long they have been using it. Anything less than a month, move on.

As for your immediate problem. Go to your Profiles and then actually CHECK the settings for the Vibrate mode. Just selecting it doesn't necessarily mean that it's set to vibrate. On the 8310, you have to go to Advanced under Profiles to actually change the settings. It's pretty self-exdplanatory after that.

If al this does not help, I have had a RIM device all of a sudden stop vibrating. I returned the device and they replaced it with a new one.
