I currently use desktop manager v 4.2.2.12.

The issue that I am having involves the Media Manager application. This is the message I receive.

Roxio Easy Media Creator
The certificate is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it.



What am I suppose to do? I tried to re-install it and it doesn't work.

Did you re-dowload it also?

I had the same problems, I also couldn't really use the media manager stuff. It wouldn't load new progs on the phone.

I downloaded MM 4.3 from BB. I also reinstalled my Roxio software. Fixed all my issues. Make sure you uninstall everything first.
