Default oz messaging SOFTWARE - 12-28-2007, 04:06 PM

I Installed Oz Software For Instant Messaging And When I Go Sign On To Aim It Get Stucks On 20%

How Can I Fix This

Why you want to use the Oz, which uses the text messaging , instead of the one come preinstalled which uses data.

I don't think the at&t version has the built in messengers like the tmobile version. But you do have to have a bb data plan to use the oz version because it used data to connect and counts as sms for the messages. So if you don't have a bb data plan it will be stuck at 20%. I learned that the hard way.

Sorry I don't mean to hijack the thread but which preinstalled messaging app doesn't use sms? I assumed they all did after I got some charges from using OZ on my 7105 a couple years ago.

On the 8320 they are all Data.
