Battery pull?

Buy a memory card. 2GB or 4GB. Use that to store all photos. Until then you won't be able to use the camera for more than a couple of photos, if that.

this can also be the case if you have many many applications open at the same time. its not likely but i suppose it could happen.

go to media options and make sure "reserved pictures memory" isn't set to 0MB (if you don't have any micro-sd)

Is that reserved memory internal storage space? If it is, is it okay to set that to 0MB if I've got a microsd card?

the same thing is happening to me! this is ridiculous!
i tried to do the battery pull, and it did work for about 10 minutes!
i did however figure out how to fix it. With mine, i recently had bought a game through my provider and when i closed it, it wasnt actaully closing, it was just running in the backround.
you can view the applications running by holding alt and the back key to the right beside the trackball. trying closing any unesscery applications like games and such then try it again

Thx u guysssss, I tired pull the battery out, then problem solved.

8310 User here.
I tried battery pulling, clearing my memory card, Handheld wipes, etc.
I found out by accident that by reloading my Desktop Software to the original version (in my case 4.2.2) AND reloading the original OS (again in my case 4.2.2) seemed to solve my problem with the camera not loading.

Error message -> !Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again. [OK]

Maybe there was a bug corrupting the Handheld software when I tried using the updated Desktop software for some reason.

You could try that, but remember to backup your data to PC first.

I am using same BlackBerry 8300 but thanks God i have not faced any of such issues in my device. Good Luck duouo !!
