A variety of reason really: chipset, hardware, memory.. Plus a bunch of reasons that go far beyond my comprehensions level, plus the blackberry os is much more stable and reliable. If you have ever used a device such as a moto q or even the high end devices like the att tilt, glichy, slow....

I think you misunderstood the reply.
I'm think the WHY?! was in question of why the original poster would want to put Windows on a BlackBerry.
Sith_Apprentice wasn't replying to JaguarXJ7.

What and ruin a good thing? Heaven knows the BlackBerry is one of the few treasures M$ hasn't purchased and made a mess of...

By Windows, do you mean Windows XP or Vista? If you so might look into one of the UMPC or Origami project devices. Example devices are the OQO model 01 or model 02 or the Samsung Q1. Sony also has some Vaio branded UMPCs. Prices are about $1k-2k. All are wifi and some take EDGE/HSDPA or EVDO data connections (using various embedded radios or an add-on card).
