Is there any possible way to enable the 8310 Curve to capture video, through methods of software, modding, etc, ?

currently there is no way to record video on the curve series. only the 8120 and 8130 have this function.

The 8330 Does Video capture. I have one.

I am running 4.5 on my curve 8310 and the video capture works great.

You can download a version of OS4.5 from the links on the 8310 thread.

When you update OS to 4.5 version on your BB 8310, you will capture video.

I can't believe that the most recent 8310 OS available from AT&T is still 4.2. Why is AT&T still in the dark ages with this???

I'm running 4.5.0.52 on my 8310 with AT&T. You just have to delete the vendor file lile like the FAQ says and you too, can have 4.5! For those of you that use the function, I think the media player controls are a lot more user friendly in 4.5 vs 4.2.
