| If you're replacing the device, the synchronization is Desktop Manager specific. You would have to go into the Desktop Manager and follow:
[Assuming you're on DM 4.2 or later]
From your PC, open Desktop Manager
- Synchronize > Configuration > Configure Synch > Highlight Calender > Configure (bottom right) > Advanced Settings.
At this menu you can decide how much data or information you want to synchronize based on scheduling (All of it, prior to, only future, etc.).
- If this does not fix your issue, go ahead and rename (to Old.RIM.Date) the user's local Research in Motion folder under "C:\Documents and Settings\#USERNAME#\Application Data", perform a hard reset on the device (pull the battery), and then resynchronize. |
