Unable to Sync BB8300
 

I connect my BB8300 to my computer and it is recognized by it. It opens the media card but the sync wont start.
Can anyone help me?

Have you launched the sync module and configured sync?

Yes I have, and i also tried to re-recognize the usb port and it went perfect. But still, the automatic sync wont start

Hey I don't want to but in on your post but your first entry your talking about your media card is that what your trying to sync.

sounds like the computer is recognizing MSM but not allowing DM to do the PIM sync. is this correct?


if it is, make sure you have "automatically sync these items when connected" selected. If it isnt you have to start the sync manually

Schultz, I'm now not sure what you are trying to do.

There's an option in DM to automatically sync. Is that enabled? If so, this will on sync PIM.
