I have an issue syncing from by BB to my mac. When I sync "my address book" I am trying to write my addresses to my BB. My sim card is new and empty so when I do the download I get all of the names but NO contact numbers associated with each entry
What would be the fix for this?

Might try posting int he MAC section. But I don't think you can sync with the SIM card. You have to copy one at a time to the SIM and there are some restrictions on the data contained as well.

Did you do a search or look at the FAQ?

yes, I would be happy downloading to the phone and then transferring to the sim. I tried both ways. Its weird it will sync the book itself just not the numbers.
