Email & Internet not working on my 8300??

Ok first of I came back to the UK from the US at the beginning of December 2007 and I had lost my Sim card so got a replacement. This didn't work for around a week and then all of a sudden decided to start working ( I can call out/in and recieve Txt). But my emails and internet arn't working at all.

So i went into my Service Books deleted them all and did a battery pull. So I have completely wiped out the email address's in the service book and now want to set them up again. But when I click on the Setup Wizard and then go to setup email it only has the option to setup the Enterprise Server email?

I have also tried logging on to the Blackberry internet service but I don't know my username and when I asked for the password to be sent to me it was blank??

All help gratefully recived.

Few questions...

1) Do you use BES at all for work, and is your plan setup for specifically BES use only?

2) Have you contacted your provider on assistance with the BIS account access or see if they can send down the Service Books to your device for you?

1. No all of my emails are personal ones and they have been working its just since having this new sim they don't want to work.

2. I would rather go onto My Tmobile and do the Service Books myself but for the life of me can't find where to go on the My Tmobile UK site? Have found it on the US version but not the UK, where is it hidden?

Oh and I have phoned up Tmobile and I should have the Data plan all setup, I will try and check this though online.
