Top Suggestions for New FREE Applications for the Curve

I just got a Curve 8300 last week and have some pretty helpful applications already that I downloaded (Yahoo Go, ESPN, Google Maps)

What are some other easy to use and helpful applications that you would suggest?

Thanks.

Is there a better browser that is free? Or a place to get opera for free? First post with the new BB. This thing is addicting.

Opera Mini IS free.

I guess you haven't had time to check the link I posted just above your post?

Berry-A-Code OTA= http://www.pintsizedapps.com/ota.html

I was not able to reach this link from multiple sources. Any ideas?

Thanks

I just got an email from the author who said that he had been advised that his app somehow violated a patent or someones patent rights. So he had to take it down.

So.... does anyone have the install files hangning around or know of another alternative? I mean if someone is invoking their patent rights you would think they have a competing product.

What was Berry a Code? What did it do?

JSanders 01-23-2008 09:54 AM

BerryACode was a reverse phone number look up?

Ok, so no big loss since Bery 411 does that also... (y)

The app adds the City and State to the incoming call screen when an Address Book Entry is not available.

I, respectfully, disagree. I thought having the city and state indicated on an otherwise unidentified call (which berry 411 does not seem to do) was kind of nice.

Too bad.
