Default Fatal error in update

Please Login to Remove!

I am newbie in blackberry just recently using it for about a month
I wanted to update my blackberry using the t-mo update (
My blackberry is 8320 T-Mo and My dad's is 8320 Singtel

I already delete the vendor.xml and I succesfully update my blackberry,
my dad's in the other hand can connect to the desktop manager but when I'm going to update it , it says that a fatal error occurred when try to connect to the device

is there any help in regard of my problem?

Any help will be much appreciated

I would first reboot his BB (while powered on, pull the battery, replace, reboot) and try the connection again.

As long as both BBs are 8320, you can use that OS.

If you've already downloaded the .alx files from the provider you can bypass the fatal error message by doing the following:

Start > Run> Type In:

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe" /nojvm
You must enter it in exactly as above; quotes included. This will then open up the Application loader and you should get around the Fatal Error when trying to connect message.
