calendar appt reminder does not work

Default calendar appt reminder does not work

How do I setup the reminder on Outlook to work on BB?
for example, I want my Curve to remind me the appt for 15 mins before it start?

I already set it up on Outlook and on the BB it self ( manually verified), already set up for the time to remind me, but it just doesn't work at all.

From your calendar main screen in the BB, click the "Options" button and set the "default Reminder Time", is it already set?

Check your profile settings. Most likely you have the Calendar options set to Mute or something similar.
