Greetings! Our office tech team has configured my 8310 so that it works with our Outlook Server, but they did this w/o using the Blackberry Desktop Software.

I think I need the Desktop Software to add apps and themes, and would like to know if there is a way to install the software without resetting the e-mail integration - I didn't see (or recognize) such a choice in the Desktop Software install menu.

Any guidance is much appreciated!
