Default Call Log,text, email randomly disapear?

Hello all,
For some reason my call list, text, email, BBMess just randomly disapear and I dunno why. Is tis a setting issue? It didn't use to do this and any help for it not to do that would be great. Thank you.

ok well i dont have the "shared" folder he is talking about so I'm having a hard time following his instructions. Any ideas?

are you running on a PC? should be under C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared

Yes PC but when I get to the RIM folder there is the Apploader and 4 others but no shared folder. I dont know why. I'm trying to re-install the desktop manager since i cant tell what version im running. or when they are talking about the O.S. they are talking about on the phone? Crap I'm so lost

how many ringtones/images/videos are stored to the device?
how many applications do you have installed?
how many themes do you have installed?

Themes can take up a lot of space. That's part of your problem.

Have you pulled the battery? A few apps have slow memory leaks: I'm fairly sure facebook does and suspect that Viigo might.

i dont think i ever installed the O.S. on my computer. now its saying i have 5317891 bytes of space and I have 13 themes loaded on the phone. So she's working great now. Tomorrow I'll take some of tose other themes off. Thanks for the help.

i would take 6-8 off of the device or more. What applications do you have installed? You might also want to see what pictures/ringtones/videos are stored on the device memory and either remove them or move them to the memory card.

I had the same problem and it was facebook mobile that screwed up my call logs and email and texts i was sending texts but not recieving them so dont d load that app.
