Please rescue!
 

I used to have an AT&T HTC 8515 and it was fully synchronized with MS Outlook 2002. Unfortunately, my 8525 was stolen. So I just purchased the BB Curve 8310 and I want to transfer all my Outlook contacts and calendar events to the Curve. I installed the BlackBerry Desktop Manager v4.3, and selected the "BlackBerry Internet Services" option. I am breaking my head over this, and I cannot figure out how to sync outlook with blackberry. Please help me with this.

What else have you done? Launch desktop manager, connect the blackberry, launch the sync module, look for the button or tab to configure, and then proceed from there.

Desktop manager 4.3 have problem sync with outlook, uninstall it and install 4.2.2.14 SP2, you can click on my sig to download.

Ahhhh, that's right. DM 4.3 doesn't work with the older Outlook. That could be it.

4.3 only syncs to 2003 and up... not 2000.

IF that is the issue of the OP, either get DM 4.2.2, SP 2 as suggested, or upgrade Outlook. It will work well.
