Default Should i get a replacement before time runs out

Well, my year warranty runs out here in June or July and i was wondering if i should get a new 8300 for this problem:

When im playing a video, my ringtone goes off, or playing a song my phone's speaker phone sometimes sounds VERY bad, like crackly and blown.

Does anyone else have this problem? Im thinking of just getting a new one, since they will send me a new Blackberry, then i can send my old one in. No down time

EDIT: Maybe not new, but nicely refurbished.

If you watch videos and/or listen to music enough that this issue does bother you, I would certainly say you should.

Ohhhhhhh, so you are the reason it is doing it. Maybe the curve should trade you in for a new owner?

lol, yeah. well, its not really me. like i'll give u an example of another time it did it.

My phone is on my desk and the ringtone goes off.
I go to pick up my phone, pick it up, and as SOON as it moves a nanometer, BAM, the speaker phone now sounds all blown like crap!

its weird, it never did that till a few months ago.
