When I go to the password keeper, it says:

"Password incorrect. Please try again.
Attempt: (4/10)"

...only problem is I don't know what the password is! I think I might have set it when I first got the phone and was playing with it 10 weeks ago, and now I've forgotten! Yes I know I am an idiot.

Also, can you sync the info in the password keeper with a list elsewhere, like an excel list or something?

You can backup the password keeper but without the password you can't ever get into it. If you enter the 10 wrong passwords it will wipe the password database.

That's ok for the password keeper to be wiped, there's nothing in there at the moment. When it gets wiped, do I get the opportunity to create a new password keeper password?

Yes, you will be able to start over. You can use Desktop manager's Backup/Restore feature.

Thanks for that, I did start over and set a new password keeper password. Now I am going to have a play with the backup feature.

On password keeper something that is good to know: You can edit the headings, or titles, or whatever they are called. I never figured that out for the longest time.
