Default Rogers Push email... confused

Please Login to Remove!

Hi
I had a bberry for 2 years and i then switched to the iphone for 3 months, and now i'm back on the berry (i'm not a traitor, i just wanted to try it.... and i WAY prefer the berry)
\anyways question is... before i switched i remember getting my emails from my own domain instantaneously, sometimes even prior to my computer getting them.
NOW however, i get them anywhere from 10-30 minutes after they are sent.
I spoke to rogers about it and they said if it's more than 15 minutes to call them again, but im just wondering if any of u guys have this?
this doesn't include pins and @rogers.blackberry.net emails.

thanks
aj

That's the way BIS always goes. Aside from gmail, yahoo, and a few odd other domains, everything is on a 15-20 min poll cycle.

In regard to GMail: make sure you don't have too many emails in inbox. That causes issues sometimes.

As for personal domain, that is strange. Usually it is opposite way: what was slow is instant now. RIM constantly improves blackberry service.

You haven't told who hosts your domain but I would suggest trying GoDaddy- since last year all domains they host are instant delivery to blackberry.
