have to pay for premium unless you have had it for many years. it doesnt allow POP or IMAP access without paying $20 a year to MSFT

the premium services are what you are looking for. the free msn/hotmail does not work with the blackberry

If you can forward with MSN then forward to your @carrier.blackberry.net address. On the BIS setup set the reply to email address to your @msn.com email address

Hotmail is now Windows Live Hotmail. I use Windows Live Hotmail Plus, cost

$19.95 annually and works perfectly on my 8320 (T-Mobile, USA).

I have had my hotmail account over 5 years. It works fine with my BB since its an old account, however I no longer use it since its a spam nightmare!!
