When adding a new entry to my address book, the address line remains in all caps, even though I have pressed the caps button to turn off all caps. I think it has something to do with the difference between adn and sdn contacts because the user manual makes reference to the fact that one is in plain text and the other is in all caps.

Can anyone give me a hand here? I just want to be able to enter the address line for a contact in plain text.
