Default Device Memory Not Appearing in Media Manager

Please Login to Remove!

I just purchased a new 8310 from ATT. Eveything seems to be working great. I'm under the impression that the internal device memory should appear under My Devices in Media Manager. Mine doesn't, only my SD card shows up under My Devices. Otherwise, I'm able to connect, synch, backup/restore, copy files to my SD card. I just can't see the internal memory. When the device tree is fully collapsed, there is only an listing for the SD card. I'm a noob on this and I've searched around but couldn't find an answer. Thanks, Kevin

kleeth, welcome to the Forums.

For your device memory, look at Options > Status.

I'm referring to finding the internal memory listed in Roxio's Media Manager. Under "My Devices" there is only one device listed and it for the microSD card installed in the BB8310. I thought the phone's internal memory would also be displayed as a device under "My Devices". Thanks, Kevin.
