Default Newbie Question about Op Systems

This is probably a very dumb question but here goes.

I just got my 8320 yesterday and was thinking of upgrading it to the latest firmware from T-mob (.180). After reading the Blackberry faq it mentions that if I want to downgrade back to my original firmware (.171) I would need to install it on my computer. While I have the Firmware for 180 I can't seem to find the .171 firmware anywhere. Is there any other way to downgrade back from 180 to 171? I ask this just is case there are issues for me regarding the wi-fi drops I've read on the forum for the 180 firmware.

Do not revert; 180 is MUCH better than 171. If anything, you may want to try the latest version, .184
