Default Verizon Address Book not updating with BES

I have a user with a new Verizon BlackBerry® 8830 World Edition Smartphone that gets her email via our Blackberry Enterprise Server at work. We just found out that Outlook contacts are not syncing with the BB Address Book wirelessly. When we activated the blackberry on the BES server it did sync them ONE TIME. But never again.

As a test I created a test contact in Outlook called "Outlook Test" which never showed up on the blackberry. We also created a "BB Test" on the Blackberry which never showed up in Outlook.

The Blackberry is getting Email and Calender updates just not Contacts, notepad or tasks.

Any suggestions?

Under options for Address Book the field for Wireless Synchronization is missing
