My phone has accumulated some scratches on the screen. They are not deep by any means as i cant feel them but they are noticeable. On a white screen you can see the scratch as it shows up as a multi color line.

My question is what do you guys recommend to buff the scratches out? Can this even be done? I appreciate all your suggestions.

I have been told that very gentle use of a high-number, ultra fine grit polyurethane buffing compound will get hairline scratches off the screen.

Once you do that, how about investing a few bucks in a quality screen protector? You'll thank me later...

any idea of where i can purchase such a product?

3M makes a few...be careful to balance out the aggressiveness of the pad with the aggressiveness of the compound.

Install a screen protector, it will hide the scratches that are there and prevent any new ones. I have purchased at least a dozen of these: invisibleSHIELD | BlackBerry 8310 Curve Case, Screen Protector, Cover, Shield, Skin, Invisible Shield A must have for $6.

I had the same problem with my 8310 Ti and now I purchased a 8310 Red and had the screen protector on since I purchased it...

As for headsets, I am using a 645 and it works very well...

2000-3000 grit sandpaper should work fine, dont worry its not like normal sandpaper lol all grainy its very very fine. i use 2400 grit sand paper at work to polish the plasic cover over those blinking lights on the bottoms of airplanes
