Default Email setup problem

Please Login to Remove!

Ok I just got my new Curve! Yeah! But Im going through the setup process and it wont work when I put in my email address and password. Did I miss something here? I keep getting an error message to check what I've entered. Any thoughts?

sounds like the password is incorrect. are you using just the username or are you typing in [email address] and then the password twice?

I just got my Curve also and I'm trying to set up my email and the same exact thing is happening to me. I am interested to find out what the fix could be?? Hmmm

have you tried the same from the PC?

Yes just did that. Now when I need to enter numbers I hit the alt key the the correspoding number? I cant tell if thats going through because the password has the asterisk pop up.

yes to enter a number use the alt key. it will show the * as a security measure

no, just the Sprint if you have sprint. the other user has an 8310 on ATT which is why i posted both links

Damn I setup my fiance's Curve and it took her email the first time. This sucks. It wont take mine at all.
