I am new here, just got my phone.

Can some give me the secret of installing the SIM? I cannot get the latch to unlock. I do not want to force it too much without consulting about the proper insertion technique.

PS read manual but still can't get it to work.

sometimes it takes a little force. Slide the latch toward the left to unlock. Lay the sim on the board then close the latch and slide back to the right.

The microSD card slot is different. Slide to the left to open, then put the mem card in the latch itself and close the SD card and latch together and slide to the right.
