BB 8320 Desktop Manger not working ( application Loader Error )even i just download new one and run BB software on my laptop evey time try to add something got error no additional application found for you device

Do you have the Operating System software for your 8320 also installed on your PC?

Yes i also BB OS install on my system and first i follow the BB FAQ link but still unable to load anything from Desktop Manager

this file format .alx but i don't know why desktop manager not working for me even i try defrent version
my BB
4.2.2.180
i try desktop manager 4.2.14 , 4.3

Download the Desktop Manger off of T-Mobile's website, uninstall the Desktop Manager you have installed now, then install the downloaded one. Make you sure you download the one WITHOUT Media Manager. For some reason, the one with it fails halfway through the install. I had to do this on Wednesday to get mine to install applications.

i try download from other site and with media manager and w/o media manager i have no idea why unable to install any apps via application loader

Did you download the one from T-Mobile's website? That's the one you need.

It does not matter where he downloads the Desktop Manager from, UNLESS his installation is bad, then he might do so again and reinstall.

how many time i install or reinstall desktop mananger still unable to find the right issue why i have this problem
thats why unable to install meny apps on BB my bad :(

as to your problem, what is the exact error you are receiving. if you are still having the same error as above, do you have the device software installed on your PC as well? if you do not, follow http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...e-telecom.html that link and install that software on your PC. make sure that you remove vendor.xml and then start Desktop Manager, THEN plug in your BB to your PC.
