Red face Separating Mssgs?

Please Login to Remove!

How do I separate my SMS Text messages and emails into different folders?
Also, I have both a personal and a business email account, and both are feeding into the same folder on my blackberry. Is there a way to change this? It's very confusing. Thx.

Your Main Messages folder will get ALL messages, email and SMS.

You can separate out the SMS, in your Messages > Options > General Options. Scroll to the bottom.

Your main message folder will still get all email, unles you get the BES application from Empower.

JSanders can you post the link for the BES application from Empower. This really annoying to get all the emails in the SMS folder even though I have it marked to seperate.

You are getting emails in the SMS folder? Strange... first time I have heard of that. Ever.

Empower Your BlackBerry

That won't pull the BES mail out of an SMS folder though, it will remove them from the mail message folder.

All of your emails will always go to the main messages folder. You can separate out the SMS to their own folder, by clicking the option in the Messages options, and you can remove the BES messages by using the Empower product.
