i have 24.5 mb with clear sms,mms,phonecall logs,browser cache

any one have more??

i had 40 free mb on my pearl can i get that on the curve?

You have 40mb free on the 8100?? Wow! You must have starved that thing to death! I run lean and only have 25MB! But I do have around 10k messages on the device (I know, I know...it's just nice having history at your finger-tips!

I don' think you will see that range on the Curve as the higher end of free space I am hearing is like 21mb your 24mb is the highest I have heard.

yeah but i never had to worry bout looseing my stuff "phonecall logs and such"
plus it runs so much better
but even as much free memory i had on my pearl the curve is still faster IMHO

We certainly can but I want my messages and the applications that I run. If you only kept 30 days worth of messages and followed the thread on freeing memory you would be way up there. In my opinion the person above is losing their messages, they are just doing it on their own terms! I have never lost a message (knock on wood). I do a battery pull if I drop below 18.

I'm at 16.09. I haven't had a problem with the Curve and never had a problem with my Pearl. The 7105t on the other hand...

I have 25329953 byes file free. (I can't remember if this is 25 mb or kb) thatzmister where did you find the number of bytes your messages were taking up?

Yes, you have 25MB.

Menu>Options>Status>Menu>Database Sizes (To see how much your messages are taking)
