Brand new owner here and easily connected to my wi-fi at home and even typed in the wep code correctly the first time. For about a week or so the phone has worked beautifully as the minute I got home I was connected to my home network. Now, all of a sudden I am disconnected from my network (the error message says, "unable to connect and reason: connection terminated" Any clue as to why? I have not messed with my wireless at all and I have had no problems connecting both with my laptop and phone. Not sure why my connection is all of a sudden getting terminated.

I cannot answer why this happens (could be a few different reasons) but if you just reconnect to the network you should be fine.

Tried that about 20 times as well as deleted the wep key and re entered it..same result.

Did you do a battery pull at any point then try? Did you try power cycling your router then reconnecting?

Tried recycling the router, I'll try taking the battery out. I did shut down the curve and try to reconnect and that didn't work. When I try to reconnect, it will still tell me that the connection is refused.

Try pulling the battery out and putting it back in and see if you can connect after that.

Why not start with your modem to ensure a new IP address to the router. Then check the router see its issuing an new DHCP lease; check if you setup any MAC Filtering (just in case). Another thing I'd try is remove WEP and go with WPA for better security - WEP is too easy to break with the right tools; even if it does take a few hours & close vicinity when you're enjoying surfing. Your BB's emails will be safe regardless; but your routers security is weak with WEP.

Yes its the hard way but something to consider if all else fails. These guys are the experts so follow what they suggest first. Saves you the headache ;) .

Just easy way login on ur Dsl modem and just reset wifi temp cash and hard reset Dsl modem after this ur good to go

If you get in and after a period of time you are getting knocked off it could be that most wireless routers only alow 2 to be connected via wireless at a time. If a 3rd tries and gets in someone will get knocked off.
