| | BIS - Can't log in to set up filters

This all started today when I decided I wanted to set up some email filters on my 8310. After a lot of digging, I found that I have to go to the Blackberry Internet Service and log in and set them up.
But whenever I follow a link to BIS, it says "
The site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link provided to you by your service provider."
Well, I used the link from my provider, as well as others online, and I keep geting the same message.
1. Does anyone know what's going on with BIS and why I can't seem to get in?
2. Is there a simpler way to set up email filters on my 8310 using BIS?
