Default BIS - Can't log in to set up filters

Please Login to Remove!

This all started today when I decided I wanted to set up some email filters on my 8310. After a lot of digging, I found that I have to go to the Blackberry Internet Service and log in and set them up.

But whenever I follow a link to BIS, it says "
The site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link provided to you by your service provider."

Well, I used the link from my provider, as well as others online, and I keep geting the same message.

Two questions:

1. Does anyone know what's going on with BIS and why I can't seem to get in?

2. Is there a simpler way to set up email filters on my 8310 using BIS?

Thanks in advance.

Ah, that's it! I also discovered (by going to the site on my device) that I couldn't create filters online until I created an account from my device. now that it's done, I've created a filter and all is well.

Thank you so much for poiting me in the right direction!
