He was getting duplicate messages, and I told him delete the BIS email. Lol I knew that part!
For whatever reason he wouldn't talk to his work about it... which kinda made me mad..
But I guess 2 nights ago he went and re-installed the OS, which of course cleared the phone. I wish I had an actual answer to how to fix the problem, other than a 45min re-install.. but what can ya do?
I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have happened if he had just waited the less than 12 hours to go to work and have them help.. but no. He
had to have it working, at midnight that night. *shrugs*

I have yet to decide which side of the BES system this problem was on though, because he's got the tmo side, and a $25/yr work side..
Since he could receive the emails, but not delete them, I'm thinking it was tmobiles issue? But they, of course, are no help.
Either way, a fresh install of the OS can solve this problem we now know =D
