Default Will Wi-Fi let me hit my BES on an 8320?

I'm on the AT&T unlimited BES plan. However, one conference room at work has no signal but does have Wi-Fi. Will I be able to reconcile with my BES over WiFi?

Same goes for international travel. I do not have the international plan. If I have WiFi, can I reconcile with my BES (and other accounts) there?

I don't think so. I mean, we have a BES but I use AT&T.

Will I be able to access my Yahoo account?

If you are on BES, your company IT Policies may restrict what you can and cannot. IMHO, your best plan would be to talk to the company BES Admin.

You should be able to get email from your BES and BIS over wifi. When the wifi logo goes bold that means you have a connection with the RIM servers for email.

Neat. I can't wait to try. I assume on the 8320 (mine is in the mail; working off 8300 now) I can turn off Mobile Network and fire up Wifi to verify this?

Default Wow, it works seamlessly!

I killed the mobile network connection and fired up wi-fi.
I can send an receive BES/BIS and browse. No difference.
This will be outstanding when traveling internationally.
Sure, my phone part will be dead (I'm on AT&T so can't do UMA), but at least I'll have data when in a wi-fi hotspot.
