So I am an admin for a company and a user has an 8300 "Curve" Blackberry. We do not have a BES we do not use desktop re-direct and we do not actively use the web re-direct. The BB connects to our IMAP Server directly with no forwarding in between of any kind. We recently set up a replacment about a week ago and a few days ago started receiving the popular,

I looked through all the searched topics here on this subject (even the one the admin posted about 8 of this problem to aide another user) but every other topic the user was either on the desktop re-direct or the BES, or logging into the BWS to re-send service books which the user has never used due to login in to the IMAP. We did previously have a forward set up on our email server, but that was removed once we realized it could speak to the server directly. So here is the question, since re-sending service books would be very tough, and the desktop software is not needed, is there an easy solution to this?
