Bluetooth headset issues with 8310 - Please help!
 

I got a new 8310 a week ago and am still not able to get the BT headset working. I have tried two different ones (Plantronic 340 and 655).

Both the headsets work perfectly on my older Pearl but not on the Curve :(

On the Curce i am able to pair the headset, but as soon as i try to make a call it terminates the BT connection and the headset can't be used. The connection get re-established when the phone call is ended!!

Could the 8310 be defective???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like BB issue

You could try an OS update see if that fixes it

Or replace BB

Having similar problem. New 8310, paired with Blueant z9. Fine except BB will not activate voice dialing. Triec SoundDesign SD100, same result. Anybody?
