Default Having problem with internet - 04-05-2008, 09:02 PM

on my gfs phone this message keeps coming up with the internet

unable to open a pop
context to the follow apn:

wap.voicestream.com

this may be happening because the currently selected browser
configuration is not compatiable with the current network

i took care of it. have you tried a battery pull to troubleshoot this? and which browser are you using? wifi, blackberry, or tzones?

no havnt tried to pull battery..this is with the standard browser that comes with the phone on edge speed

try the battery pull first. second check under options > advanced > tcp and set to wap.voicestream.com. make sure the username/pw is blank. next, go into options > advanced > host routing table > menu > register now. lastly, go to myTmobile, log in, go to BlackBerry internet setup, log in there, and resend your service books

i did the battery pull and the register now seems good right now hopefully stays that way thanks
