How can I replace just the screen cover. I scratched mine big time, against a wall, so there is a nasty stain/scratch on the top portion of the screen. Plus the dust is driving me crazy.

I can put my nail on the right side of the phone between screen cover plastic and whatever is beneath that. It feels like if I pull it harder it will just pop off, but I am afraid of breaking it. Can I just replace the screen cover plastic portion with something else or a new piece?

Yes you can replace the screen cover with a new piece. There's loads of places where they sell the faceplant of the curve. Try ebay.

Faceplate is generally for the accent around screen and keyboard, but generally that screen "glass" is another piece and maynot be replaced so easily, as it might have been glued there.. Anyone?
