Default My mobile contacts are being erased automatically ! help! - 04-12-2008, 04:37 PM

My blackberry automatically erases the mobile numbers in my address book. This occurs periodically. Does anyone else have this problem?? Please help!

Its most likely your memory as EZ stated.
Are you backing up your contacts with the Desktop Manager?

Also, are you losing e-mail messages as well?

this sounds like a different problem. if the numbers are being removed from the address book. Are you on a corporate BB? (is it connected to a BES)

Oh yeah, I just re-read post #1. The only disappearances I know that's tied up to some memory issues are call logs and messages from JSanders' thread. Sorry.

The fact that it does it periodically, i think it is probably what you thought at first, low memory. I am fairly certain the device is deleting call logs, not address book entries.

Yup, I haven't heard anything like that before, too--address book entries getting deleted for no reason. Thanks Sith.
