I'm relatively new to the blackberry forums. I've done a search on the topic of sending and receiving texts using Chinese characters to phones on other carriers, but I can't seem to find anything.

Does anyone have problems sending and receiving Chinese text messages from phones outside of the T-Mobile network? I can send and receive Chinese texts within the T-Mobile network just fine. But when I try to send Chinese texts to phones outside T-Mobile, the recipients do not get the message at all, even if their phone supports the Chinese language. Same thing when they try to send me Chinese texts, I don't get the message at all. I'm on the T-Mobile network, using a BlackBerry Curve 8320.
