Currently having problems sending OTA passwords to O2 8310's. The user is not notified about the updated password until after the handheld has been unlocked. We have been using Vodafone supplied 8700, 7130, 8100, 8800's and not encountered any issues with OTA passwords. I have copied the latest device.xml onto the BES but users still do not get notification of the change until they have entered the new password.

Anyone have any ideas?
