I am troubleshooting my bosses BB. He has the Curve and Desktop Manager version 4.2.2.12 - We are using the Redirector (no BES) -

Here's the problem - The unit syncs with no errors..however, it does not reconcile the messages on his BB though? If you take a look at his BB after the sync it still shows 986 new messages? As you can see this has been going on for awhile.

Here's what I have already tried to fix it - I uninstalled Desktop Manager and installed Desktop Manager version 4.2.2.312. Synced, same problem. I went into the "Messages" icon and changed "Email Reconciliation" properties to Mailbox & Handheld. In Desktop Manager I have the box checked "Reconcile Messages". Still...the same problem

Any other ideas/suggestions? Thanks in advance.
