I looked forever for dups and I cant find any. I do a sync a couple times every week, last time on monday with no problem. I've tried everything even syncing 1 day ahead and even 1 day back, same error.

Connect the device and go into backup/restore>Advanced Select the calendar database on the right hand side (handheld side) and click clear.
Exit out and hit synch now. That should clear the issue.
