Exclamation Help

Please Login to Remove!

I just got my BB 8320 and now the problem is cant received the call from anyone cause those calls goes directly to the voice mail. i tried to cancel all the forwarding call and still cant received the calls. but when i move the sim card to another phone i can receive the call. why should i do ? many thanks for your help

Look at phone options, forwarding, check your settings.

ADDED: I glanced at your post again, and I guess you already did this.

What about doing a hard reset (remove battery for 30+ seconds)?

when you put your SIM card in your device, does it get signal? what does it say in the top right of the device? EDGE, edge, GSM, gsm, GPRS, gprs?
