You have to have the cod files in the same folder. Open the jad file with notepad and it will tell you where it is. Say that the link to the jad is something like:
www.thisnewapp.com/files/newapp.jad
and you open up the jad and you see a few lines that something like this:
RIM-COD-URL: newapp1.cod
RIM-COD-Size: 106360
RIM-COD-SHA1: 68 b9 f7 1c 50 38 f5 ba 76 4f 7c 60 22 7f b0 c7 c5 a4 57 a9
RIM-COD-URL-1: newapp2.cod
RIM-COD-Size-1: 71736
RIM-COD-SHA1-1: c1 80 56 4c b6 31 2a a2 9a b3 75 5b a7 7e a5 27 1b a1 b2 7c
You need to take that original link for the jad and put the names of the cod files at the end like this:
www.thisnewapp.com/files/newapp1.cod
www.thisnewapp.com/files/newapp2.cod
