I just got a 8310 bb and have a question. When i send an email out i get the very same email pop up as a new email in my inbox. Is there any way i can stop the emails that i write up ending up as new emails in my inbox? i write the emails to other people, and immediately i get a new email: the very one i sent. The email does correctly arrive at its destination, but i get it too. why?

I dont have an internet plan with my phone. I use it for emails and voice. I cant get to the BIS website on my BB

without a data plan (BB) you wont get email on your device.

I have a plan where i have unlimited incoming and outgoing emails. I dont have web access to view website addresses

Is it just an email only plan?

You don't access the site from your phone. The instructions are for doing it from your PC. You can only edit the filters from the regular website.

i tried the instructions and went here:

(cause i dont know how to get to the window that is shown in the tutorial)

i clicked on: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=rogers
cause im with rogers, and when i type in the stuff it tells me to run from BB.

at the rogers bis page, i dont have an account so i create one... however when i put in my id and imes it says:

"Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access Blackberry Internet Service"
